Refund policy

RETURN POLICY

All returns for a full refund must be shipped back within 15 days of the date when the original order was placed. Returned items must be in like-new condition and never washed or worn. Return orders should include your orders packing slip that was included in the box with the original order. If the return is due to a damaged item, or a packing error on our part, we will send you a return shipping label to send it back to us free of charge. If an item simply doesn't fit you can ship it back and we will send out a different size for you only if it is within 15 days from the date you received the item and if that item has not been washed or worn at all (besides you trying it on).

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days of order placement. If for some reason you want to cancel your order, please contact us right away by replying to your order confirmation email. If your order has already shipped by that time, you will need to wait to receive it and then return for a full refund after you ship it back.
